Cardinal Park

W&P have a long-standing working relationship with Legal and General and have been commissioned on a number of projects across the whole range of engineering and surveying disciplines.

W&P were appointed as electrical and lighting engineers for the lighting upgrade for a large-scale retail park’s pedestrian and car parking infrastructure. Carrying out site surveys to determine not only the scale of the scheme, but also the least disruptive way in which to enhance the lighting across the various areas. W&P developed an elegant solution which was both cost effective in terms of installation and energy efficient in terms of operation. solution to maximum efficiency and cost savings..

Services & Solutions

Wilson Partners compiled a detailed and costed proposal document to present to the client showing options and whole life costs for reinstating the lighting installations as well as developing a plan for sustainable lighting controls. Continuity of operation within the retail park was essential so works were phased to allow continued use of the parking facilities and paved areas.

W&P therefore assisted the Client in identifying the areas that would be most affected by the dismantling and re-instating of the new lighting and produced a detailed programmed for inclusion in the Contract Documents.
