Introduction:

Wilson & Partners were approached by Indo-Celtic following a recommendation from the Project Quantity Surveyor who had worked with Wilson & Partners on several previous projects.

​

The Brief:

Indo-Celtic required Civil and Building Services Engineering advice on their proposed 15 Unit ‘Eco home’ development and Wilson & Partners were commissioned to provide pre and post planning advice and the detailed engineering design of and site supervision for the project.

​

Project Delivery:

Initially Wilson & Partners assisted in completing the Planning Application and discharging Planning Conditions followed by the detailed design and site supervision of the following;

 

      Surface water attenuation and drainage infrastructure

          Foul drainage infrastructure and submission of Section 104 application

          Highway infrastructure and submission of Section 278 Application

          Power, communications, and water supply infrastructure

          Earthworks, hard and soft landscaping, and water bodies

          Power and public health networks within the housing units

          Air source heat pumps within the housing units
